                                              CROSS MULTIPLICATION (2×2)
If its a two digit no. in the answer column just transfer the tens digit to the next column as shown in example.

Let us take a number which is not a perfect square no.
 Suppose 372 
in which x=Any perfect square no. near to the given no.
              y=deviation from the given no.
So.. Here is the solution by the quickest method.
This method helps me a lot in solving complex square roots which are not the perfect one.
